Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Waxed Out currently only ships within Australia. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Regular post usually takes 3 - 5 business days, Express post can take 1 - 2 days. Made to order items may require a little longer. Please if you have any questions or concerns contact me at anytime with your questions.

Custom Orders

I do require you to pay upfront for custom orders. I will invoice you after I have asked you a few questions in regards to your custom creation. Once payment is completes I then need a window of 2- 5 days to create and prepare. Then a 3 - 5 days to deliver. Once your item has been shipped you will receive and email with your tracking number. Please note that custom orders that are not paid within 48 hours will be moved and other orders will become priority. Custom orders that are not paid within 5 days will be cancelled. If you do change your mind please let me know. If you have any questions or last minute changes please do not hesitate to contact me.

Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept returns. But I am happy to do exchanges if you’re not satisfied. I want to be sure you are happy with your purchase. In the case of damage I will require proof and will happily replace if acceptable. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to email me at waxed.outcreations@gmail.com Buyers will be responsible for shipping charges where applicable.
